    Marko primarily serves NY, NJ, DE, PA, and MD, while Tari is based in Colorado and the Mountain West. Together we’ve traveled across the country for celebrations, and we’re always open to destination events.

  • Our background comes from music production and underground club culture, where precision and musical knowledge matter.

    We approach weddings the same way we approach a great dancefloor: reading the room, building energy intentionally, and selecting records that feel right in the moment.

    It’s less about pressing play and more about crafting a musical experience that evolves throughout the night.

  • Our base rate includes:

    • DJ and MC services
    • Up to 4 hours of performance
    • Professional sound system for the dancefloor
    • Setup and teardown
    • Travel within applicable regions
    • Insurance and taxes

    Additional costs only apply for extended hours, expanded sound coverage, or travel beyond our standard regions.

  • Professional preparation is part of the job.

    Our equipment is tested regularly and we always bring backup gear to every event. In the unlikely case that a personal emergency prevents one of us from performing, we have a trusted network of experienced DJs who can step in seamlessly.

    Your celebration will always be covered.

  • Yes.

    For most celebrations we bring a professional QSC sound system, designed to deliver clear, balanced sound for both speeches and dancing. For larger spaces or unique venues, we scale the system accordingly.

    We typically perform using Pioneer controllers with Serato or Traktor, allowing us to mix fluidly and adapt quickly to the room.

  • Once you decide to move forward, we secure the date with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit.

    The remaining balance is due one month before the event. From there we begin collaborating on the music and timeline so everything feels effortless when the day arrives.

  • Occasionally, yes.

    Reach out and we’ll let you know when we have public performances coming up. In the meantime, our mixes and recordings offer a great sense of how we build and move through music.

  • Trademarq Events focuses on weddings and private celebrations, but our roots extend far beyond traditional event spaces.

    We’ve played clubs, hi-fi lounges, art openings, corporate gatherings, loft parties, film premieres, after-parties, and brand events. Wherever people gather to celebrate, the approach is the same: thoughtful curation and a dancefloor that feels effortless.

    We build sets that move naturally across genres—soul, funk, disco, hip hop, house, classics, and modern records—guided by your taste and the energy of the room.

    Every set is mixed live and shaped in real time. No playlists, no autopilot. Just thoughtful selections and seamless transitions designed to keep the momentum flowing.

  • Absolutely. Your taste and vision are the starting point for everything we do.

    Before the event we collaborate on must-plays, inspiration tracks, and do-not-play lists so the music truly reflects you. During the celebration we’re always happy to take requests from guests—as long as they align with the vibe you’ve set for the night.

  • Yes, but thoughtfully.

    We’re minimalist MCs. We handle announcements, introductions, and key moments clearly and professionally, without turning the night into a performance. Our role is to guide the event and let the music lead.

  • Not if you don’t want it to.

    Every Trademarq event is built around your taste and your crowd. Some couples lean toward classic wedding favorites, others want something closer to a club-style dancefloor. Most land somewhere in between.

    Our job is to find the balance and create a night that feels authentic to you.

  • Yes.

    We are fully licensed and insured and can provide a certificate of insurance or add your venue as additionally insured if required.
